ESPY Blog N'at
I am currently watching the 2008 ESPY's.
Justin Timberlake is hosting and has the crowd in stitches.
(Because they've had to cut their ear drums out.)
So far the best thing he has done is sing.. which isn't suprising and is what he needs to stick to.
The lack of laughter from the crowd is awkward.
And he just sniffed David Beckham's shoes. I think it was to look up Posh's dress.
Brendan Fraser is an idiot.
Why are there no hockey player as nominees for Best Male Athlete?
Will Ferrel is the man... and hilarious.
Screw the Red WIngs.
Fergie is drunk and weird.
Who is the white guy on the Celtics?
___

My thoughts so far on winners:
- Appalachian State should have been upset of the year. DIvision II school beating the #5 team in the nation vs. a league where any team can win any week.
-Danica Patrick doesn't deserve to be nominated for anything... except for "whiny brat" of the year.
- Everything else is deserved.
- It's tough to pick the best team... all were deserving. I pick the Red WIngs or the Celtics.
___
FInal thoughts.
-Timberlake got better as show went on. Still was weird though.
-Decent show I guess.
-Lupe Fiasco was the only performer I think... which I didn't mind.
- They need to announce ALL the winners. Especially Best NHL player. Sid got the Shaft. Someone correct me if they showed that he got BEst NHL Player and I just missed it.
